Cabinet-style arcade machines are not the same as ordinary game tables. They may arrive with separate cabinet sections, control panels, monitors, seats, toppers or pedestals that have to be joined in the correct order.
NY-GoodHome handles assembly requests for customer-supplied arcade games in Brooklyn and New York City. Call (223) 226-1828 with the exact machine model and delivery condition.
Know the Shipping Configuration
Some machines arrive largely assembled with only legs, controls or a seat to attach. Others use several cabinet modules. The shipping configuration affects both the work and whether the machine can pass through the route to the final room.
Provide assembled dimensions and the size of major sections if the manufacturer lists them. This is especially important for basement or upstairs game rooms.
Cabinet, Controls and Accessories
The assembly process can include joining cabinet sections, attaching control panels, seats, pedestals, toppers and manufacturer accessories. Connections should follow the supplied instructions rather than be treated as generic wiring.
Ordinary plug-in power and factory connectors can be part of setup when they require no electrical modification. Electronics diagnosis, coin-system repair and arcade-machine servicing are separate specialist work.
Heavy Equipment and Final Placement
Large cabinets may need enough space to rotate or align parts. Tell us about stairs, elevator limits and tight corners before service. Assembly does not automatically include transport from another address or specialized rigging.
If the item is a table-style game instead of a cabinet arcade machine, use the general arcade and game-table assembly page.
