Seasonal lighting is temporary by design. The project should be planned around the areas being decorated, the customer-supplied lights or decor, safe access and existing power rather than treated as a permanent electrical installation.

What Areas Are Being Decorated?
Rooflines, railings, windows, trees and entry areas use different mounting methods and access. Long runs should be described before service so ladder height and attachment conditions are not discovered after the lights are unpacked.
Customer-Supplied Lights and Decor
This page does not claim that NY-GoodHome supplies commercial lighting packages, designs displays or stores decorations. Provide the light type, strand lengths and any clips or accessories that came with the product.
Power and Timers
Existing outdoor-rated power and ordinary plug-in timers can be part of planning. New outlets, circuits or hardwired controls are separate electrical work.
Removal and storage after the season should also be confirmed separately instead of being assumed.
If the same project also includes Permanent Outdoor Lighting Installation or Outdoor Lighting Installation, mention those needs up front so the work can be coordinated without mixing the scopes.
