Document visible damage without entering unsafe areas or climbing on roofs. Roofline, gutters, trim, fence, windows and doors should be described separately so each repair is routed correctly.
Water entry may require emergency restoration or drying services outside NY-GoodHome’s verified scope.
Emergency and Insurance Boundary
NY-GoodHome does not claim 24/7 emergency restoration, water extraction or insurance-claim management. Those services must be handled separately when needed.
