What Needs Repair?
List each item separately. A short description such as “bedroom door rubs at the top,” “baseboard damaged near closet” and “two drywall holes from old anchors” is more useful than one broad request for “handyman repairs.”
The list helps route larger or more specialized tasks to the dedicated service when needed.
Small Carpentry, Hardware and Finish Repairs
Selected trim, hardware, shelving and ordinary nonstructural carpentry can fit a mixed repair visit. Larger cabinet, door, window or furniture projects should use the more specific service so material and access requirements are clear.
Walls and Interior Surfaces
Small wall damage can be part of a mixed repair list. Larger holes, recurring cracks or water-damaged sections should use Drywall & Wall Repair because the substrate and cause need more attention.
Regulated and Specialty Limits
Electrical faults, plumbing lines, gas, roofing, structural conditions and other regulated work are not automatically included under “general repair.” If photos or symptoms point to one of those areas, that part of the request should be separated.
