Window cleaning depends on the number of panes, opening style and how safely the interior and exterior surfaces can be reached. Accessible residential windows are a different service from high-rise rope, scaffold or facade cleaning.
NY-GoodHome accepts window-cleaning requests in Brooklyn and New York City. Call (223) 226-1828 with window count, room photos and exterior-access information.
Interior and Exterior Access
Some windows tilt or open for cleaning from inside. Others need exterior access. Describe floor level, balcony or yard access and any obstructions.
NY-GoodHome does not automatically include roof walking, suspended access or high-rise cleaning.
Screens, Tracks and Frames
Screens may need to be removed to clean the glass and can be wiped or handled separately where appropriate. Damaged screens belong on Window Screen Repair & Replacement rather than being hidden inside cleaning.
Tracks and frames can be included in a basic cleaning scope when accessible, but repair or restoration is separate.
Stains and Damage
Ordinary dirt is different from hard-water etching, construction debris, scratched glass or failed insulated units. Cleaning does not repair damaged glass.
Cracked or fogged panes belong on Window Glass Repair & Replacement, while operating problems belong on General Window Repair.
