Rollers and Tracks
Worn or dirty tracks, damaged rollers and frame alignment can make a door difficult to move. The door should be evaluated in the closed and open positions because the problem may only appear at one end of the travel.
Locks, Handles and Seals
A handle or lock can be replaced when it is the main issue. Weather seals and gaps matter on exterior patio doors and should be reviewed with frame condition.
