Outdoor storage products include deck boxes, resin cabinets, metal cabinets and modular storage units. The product material, doors, shelves and final surface determine how the unit should be assembled and positioned.
NY-GoodHome provides outdoor-storage assembly in Brooklyn and New York City. Call (223) 226-1828 with the product link and final-area photos.
Storage Unit Type
Resin, wood and metal products use different panel and fastener systems. Keep the instructions and labeled parts available, especially on units with many similar wall or roof panels.
Base and Placement
Freestanding storage should sit on a reasonably level, suitable surface. Assembly does not automatically include constructing a slab, deck or foundation.
If permanent anchoring is required, send the product instructions and surface details before service.
Storage Bench or Shed?
A storage bench has its own page because it combines seating, lid and storage. A walk-in shed is a larger structure with its own base and anchoring questions.
