Freestanding, Attached or Louvered?
Freestanding pergolas use their own posts and foundations. Attached systems also depend on the building connection. Motorized louvered products can add powered controls and drainage channels.
Those differences should be known before the project is accepted.
Base and Anchoring
The product may specify concrete, deck attachment or other approved foundations. Building the required base is a separate scope unless specifically included.

Utilities and Accessories
